Where can I ship a Lunarly subscription?
Lunarly boxes are only available within the contiguous United States. We cannot ship orders to APO / FPO military addresses, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. This is strictly based on the product type and maintaining the freshness of the plants. International shipping is not available at this time.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is always free for re-occurring subscriptions! We want you to worry about the important things, like mindful living and not shipping costs. Please note that gift subscriptions will pay a one-time shipping fee of $3.00 for one month and $6.00 for three months.
If I have a Lunarly subscription, when will my boxes ship to me?
Lunarly boxes arrive 2-3 days before each month’s New Moon, so you can receive your box in time to set your intentions for the next lunar cycle. Shipping generally takes 2 business days. You will receive a shipping notification email when your box is on the way to you! Our billing cycle takes place on the 20th of each month. The order cut off date is 9 business day prior to the next moon. If a subscription is purchased on or after the 9 business days preceding the new moon, the subscription will not start until the following month.
How do I update my address for my subscription?
If you would like to update your shipping address, you can do so through your Account dashboard in the Subscription Profile. You can access your account by clicking here or selecting Account from the Lunarly.com homepage. Once you've logged into your account, select edit next to your current address on file under ‘Subscription Orders.’ On the next page provide a new address and select save.

Please note: Lunarly billing takes place on the 20th of each month. Subscriptions close 9 business day before the next new moon. Any address changes or orders made after the 9 business days preceding the monthly order apply to the following month’s box.
These boxes are non-refundable or exchangeable. We will happily replace damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Otherwise, all sales are final. If there are any complications with your Lunarly shipment, reach us at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance. We’d love to help!
My order is being Returned to Sender?
If your box is being returned to us for any reason our customer support team will reach out to you to confirm a new address once the item arrives back at our warehouse. If we are able to make contact we will re-ship your item(s), if not you will be refunded for the purchase price of the products including the shipping cost.
If the shipping address on your order is incorrect or incomplete, please note that we cannot change the delivery address after an order has been shipped. If the item is undeliverable, once it's returned to us we can process a replacement order.
Lost or stolen orders
We ship with only the most reliable carriers. Once the box has left our distribution center, we cannot be held accountable for lost, stolen or misdelivered shipments, but we want you to have the best possible experience with our company.
